Forum: The Implications of the Russian War in Ukraine for Global Information, Communication, and Cybersecurity

Join us for a forum around “The Implications of the Russia-Ukraine War for Global Information, Communication, and Cybersecurity”, to be held on Friday, January 26, 2024 at the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford and online. The event is a part of the Ukraine Case Studies project led by Portulans Institute’s Director William H. Dutton. It is organized in collaboration with the Oxford Internet Institute (OII), the Chief Justice Meir Shamgar Center for Digital Law and Innovation, Saïd Business School, the Global Cyber Security Capacity Centre (GCSCC), and Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG).

The forum will build upon discussions from two previous roundtables hosted by HIIG in Berlin on June 6, 2023, and the Saïd Business School on September 26, 2023.

Please note that in-person attendance is currently limited to the forum participants. If you are interested in presenting your work, please submit a brief (500 word) abstract to elizaveta.chernenko@oii.ox.ac.uk
