Introducing the Portulans Institute's 2023-2024 Fellows

Our Fellows are graduate students and young professionals who work on novel research related to human capital, technology, and innovation policies. Through their work they develop cross-community knowledge and dialogue on how people, technology, and innovation contribute to sustainable and inclusive growth.

Applications for our 2023-2024 Fellowship program are now closed. The application period for our 2024-2025 cohort will open in early June 2024. Follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn for updates.

Portulans Institute’s Communities of Practice

PI’s Communities of Practice (CoPs) bring together experts from both the public and private sectors involved in policy-making, research or the development of market solutions. Each CoP is led by a PI Senior Fellow.

CoPs develop cross-community knowledge and dialogue on how people, technology, and innovation contribute to sustainable and inclusive growth. Each CoP independently sets its own strategy to achieve its agreed objectives. CoP outputs may include publications, roadmaps or sets of best practices, for example.
