Shylesh Muralidharan is a sustainability executive and strategy advisor with over two decades of experience at the intersection of climate technology, industrial decarbonization, and digital transformation, with senior leadership roles at SLB, Amazon Web Services, Engie Impact, Schneider Electric, and Capgemini Consulting. At SLB, he led the global Climate Action Services practice designing decarbonization pathways and deploying digital sustainability solutions for energy sector clients across more than 100 countries, and at Amazon Web Services he built the worldwide solutions practice enabling large energy companies to accelerate their transition to net zero through cloud, data, and analytics platforms. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from MIT, where he was a System Design and Management Fellow at MIT Sloan and the School of Engineering, and completed cross-registration in Global Strategic Management at Harvard Business School.
