Latisha Harry is an independent consultant who works with a range of organizations on projects at the intersection of technology and society. She has worked with organizations such as the Stanford Institute for Human-Centred Artificial Intelligence, Global Witness, the International Labour Organisation, Global Voices, CIVICUS, and others, on issues such as digital transformation, AI risks and mitigations, misinformation, data privacy and the digital economy. She is an Affiliate Fellow at the Centre for Media Engagement at the University of Austin Texas, a 2024 International Strategy Forum Fellow, and a Senior Strategist at the Effective Institutions Project.
Latisha holds a B.A. in Political Science from New York University and an MPhil in Public Policy from Cambridge University.
