Adrienne Church

Adrienne Church serves as a Project Coordinator at the Portulans Institute, where she supports the development and delivery of the Global Talent Competitiveness Index, co-published with INSEAD. In this role, she plays a central part in aligning cross-functional teams, tracking key deliverables, and facilitating stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless execution across research, communications, and event planning. Adrienne contributes to the production of data-driven content and report chapters, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners. Her background in project coordination and human resources enables her to manage complex workflows—ranging from data audits and editorial cycles to event logistics and public relations—with both precision and adaptability. Prior to joining the Portulans Institute, Adrienne led project coordination efforts at Clear Sign & Design and Lowe’s Companies, Inc., where she managed cross-departmental initiatives and served as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and vendors. Her early career included work in international HR and media, with experience spanning from talent acquisition for Japanese firms to acting and voice work in commercial advertising. Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Asian Studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Her work reflects a consistent commitment to strategic coordination, stakeholder relationship management, and cross-cultural collaboration
